We are currently looking for a Global Manager, Talent Attraction Brand & Marketing to join us! This role can be based anywhere in Europe or the US (preferably commuting distance to one of our offices). The position reports to our Director Diversity Culture Engagement. You’ll have a team with two direct and two indirect reports.

As the Global leader of the Talent Attraction Brand, & Marketing team, you are accountable for positioning Air Products as an employer of choice through the strategic design and deployment of employer branding, channel marketing, social media, and recruitment campaigns across the globe. This transformational and highly collaborative role will lead the mobilization of this strategy globally through efficient project management to engage and enable a global network of professionals involved in recruiting, recruitment marketing and employee experience to develop and communicate our Employment Value Proposition and a consistent message of who we are as an employer of choice.
Additionally, you as our Global Manager will be responsible for providing consultation and support in the creation of change management strategies for projects in the Talent, Culture, and Engagement Community of Expertise.
This role will also work closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and the extended TCE CoE to craft and communicate Air Products’ Employment Value Proposition worldwide. The role will manage a team of regional talent attraction, brand, & marketing professionals responsible for contributing to the global design and executing the strategy within region. This includes the strategy for marketing Air Products as an “Employer of Choice” for diverse hires where all employees Belong and Matter.
