We are currently looking for a Global Manager, Talent Attraction Brand & Marketing to join us! This role can be based anywhere in Europe or the US (preferably commuting distance to one of our offices). The position reports to our Director Diversity Culture Engagement. You’ll have a team with two direct and two indirect reports.

As the Global leader of the Talent Attraction Brand, & Marketing team, you are accountable for positioning Air Products as an employer of choice through the strategic design and deployment of employer branding, channel marketing, social media, and recruitment campaigns across the globe. This transformational and highly collaborative role will lead the mobilization of this strategy globally through efficient project management to engage and enable a global network of professionals involved in recruiting, recruitment marketing and employee experience to develop and communicate our Employment Value Proposition and a consistent message of who we are as an employer of choice.

Additionally, you as our Global Manager will be responsible for providing consultation and support in the creation of change management strategies for projects in the Talent, Culture, and Engagement Community of Expertise.

This role will also work closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and the extended TCE CoE to craft and communicate Air Products’ Employment Value Proposition worldwide. The role will manage a team of regional talent attraction, brand, & marketing professionals responsible for contributing to the global design and executing the strategy within region. This includes the strategy for marketing Air Products as an “Employer of Choice” for diverse hires where all employees Belong and Matter.

As our Global Manager, Talent Attraction Brand & Marketing, your responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for the articulation, management, and governance of Air Products’ comprehensive employer branding and talent attraction and marketing strategy.
  • Be the chief storyteller of Air Products as the employer of choice, driving current and new initiatives to define and convey our differentiated brand.
  • Lead a global team who will regionally execute and coordinate regional, business, and multichannel recruitment communications planning.
  • Lead the development and management of enterprise wide assets such as the Careers website, employer branding style guide, social media footprint, and digital marketing strategy, leveraging the latest technological innovations.
  • Develop content strategy and engage with internal leaders and employees to create content and storytelling through videos and other media to showcase employee experience
  • Identify and establish appropriate KPIs and ROI metrics for employer brand and talent marketing.
  • Stay abreast of contemporary and innovative talent marketing trends and technologies, and benchmark against industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the extended Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning team to understand target talent segments, identify and the channels by which we will attract them, and educate recruiters on employer branding
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure that Employer Brand is in harmony with Corporate Brand" Liaise with photographers, videographers and graphic designers, and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for communications use, externally and internally.
  • Ensure key global channels (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn) are on-brand, and we are maximizing return on investment.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as the EVP development, overall candidate experience and onboarding.
  • Besides the strategic aspects of the position, you will also be in the front of leading operational Talent Attraction activities in Europe.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or relevant field of study
  • Experience leading a team of professional employees, with global team members preferred
  • Highly collaborative influencer and communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior level stakeholders
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to take complex ideas from a variety of stakeholder groups to develop robust solutions and communicate in a simple and impactful way
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to quickly translate intent into on-the-ground action in a paced and coordinated manner
  • Self-organization and ability to work independently and proactively to drive results
  • Ability to flex work hours to work across multiple time zones, so that meeting scheduling is not solely based on North America’s work schedule.
  • Strong writing, proofing and critiquing skills; generate creatives concepts, write copy, video plans/scripts, briefings etc.
  • Credibility, creativity, self-confidence, energy and resilience.
  • Ability to travel with advance notice, some global trips will be required.
