Frontend UX Engineer

You care about making safe, steerable, trustworthy systems. As a frontend engineer, you’ll collect critical data from humans to align our models, making them both safer and more helpful. You’ll enable researchers to collect reliable, informative statistics about their models.

The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read some of our team’s previous work, such as: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Mulitmodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
