Our client bases all its activities on a very large IT component in charge of the digitisation of its activities. The IT teams are made up of more than 150 employees, as well as around 30 employees in charge of developing payroll calculation tools.

• Propose IT solutions to a business need
• Defend a global vision of developments (design patterns, testability, maintainability)
• Manage team of junior and medior developers
• Think UI and UX in the development approach
• Be involved in technology watch, continuous improvement of our product
• Leading and producing the code review developed by colleagues
• Leading management to greater technological maturity through continuous involvement in the improvement of working methods
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (fellow developers, product division, management, facilitators, business experts, ...)

• At least 5 years experience in Front-End development
• Excellent Angular and AngularJS developer
• JavaScript expert
• Node.js, npm, Webpack
• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, TS, JSON
• Experience in testing (unit test Karma, end-to-end Protractor, ...)
• Experience in mentoring and knowledge transfer
• Training, interest and/or experience in UI/UX (interactivity, responsiveness, accessibility, user feedback, ...)
• Use of prototyping and analysis tools (Figma, Sketch or other)
• Git versioning (GitHub)
• Experience with Agile work methods and facilitation tools (Jira)
• Good level of oral and written English
