About Our Client

Our client is an American listed company active in the medical manufacturing sector.In order to support their development, we are looking for a FP&A Analyst Europe.Their EMEA headquarters are located in Zaventem.

Job Description

The FP&A Analyst Europe will be part of the FP&A Team, composed of 3 persons.His / her main tasks will consist in :

Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the Sales, Marketing and Finance leaders across Europe
Supporting them with a financial view for different business cases (product launch, commercial plan, supply chain model change)
Helping them in the construction of their budgets & forecasts
Analyzing the Sales information collected form the 40 markets (analysis by product, zone, market)
Providing variances analyzes between the actual and budgeted numbers
Establishing KPIs to achieve the sales & financial targets and reflecting those in dashboards
Preparing business performances analyzes and providing commentaries & recommendations to the management
Cooperating with the IT Team to ensure stable performance of Business Objects (tool for daily sales information).

The Successful Applicant

The ideal FP&A Analyst Europe will meet the following criteria:

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business / Management / Economics
Having a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A / Business Controlling / Management Reporting / Business Analysis
Being fluent in English. Any other language is a plus
Having a strong Excel knowledge. Command SAP, BW, Power BI and Business Objects are a plus
Being analytical
Having strong business partnering skills
Being dynamic, loving challenges and wanting to evolve in a fast-growing company
Strong focus on the personality : problem solving mentality, taking initiatives, cooperating with others, proposing solutions for improvement.
