Financial Controller

As financial controller of KBC Securities you are co-responsible to monitor the financial health of KBC Securities. The organization trusts on your financial expertise to draft and interpret financial figures, linked to its business lines.

KBC Securities NV is the integrated stock exchange company of KBC Group, with headquarters in Brussels. As financial controller you will have a detailed view on the different business lines of KBC Securities:

• Origination in debt & equity capital markets (corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, syndication, debt placement)
• Equity sales, trading and research
• Investment services (private equity)
• Specialised finance (project financing, export financing)

You will join a team of 5 experienced finance colleagues and report to the finance team lead: Liesbet Mosselmans. The team has a good vibe, where colleagues actively support each other.

As financial controller you are in a first stage co-responsible for:

• Debtor management
• Booking of invoices and financial operations
• Preparing month, quarter and year-end closings
• Drafting financial reporting
• Preparing payments
• Ad hoc projects
