Our client is an industrial company active internationally.In order to support their development, we are currently recruiting a Financial / Industrial Controller who will lead the implementation of a new ERP and act as a Finance Business Partner for the Production teams.Their offices are located in the Flemish Brabant.

Financial / Industrial Controller - International companyAs the Financial / Industrial Controller, you will be part of the Controlling team and act as the link between Finance and Production.In this function, you are responsible for driving and controlling the financial performance of the plant.Your main tasks will consist in :

• 
  Leading the implementation of the ERP (production part)
• Being in charge of the development and animation of strong reporting tools
• Being responsible for the control of the production costs as well as the margins analyses
• Ensuring the follow-up in the ERP on the production and stocks

• Acting as a sparring partner for the Manufacturing team
• Participating in the production budget and forecast preparation by identifying the right KPI's
• Being responsible for the business performance monitoring
• Establishing a reliable financial & performance reporting for the management, accompanied by your recommendations
• Taking part to the monthly reporting activities

• Supporting all kinds of questions through various ad hoc analyzes.
