- You act as the analytical engine of the Finance organization, performing analyses and providing relevant financial information, expertise, as well as insight to Finance Business Partnering and management.
- You provide meaningful, consistent, and comparable analytics as well as reports by driving and maintaining financial reporting guidelines and standards. You build analytics to deepen understanding for decision-making processes and steering the business.
- You act as a service provider to budget holders and RLT members with a sound understanding of business performance drivers.
- You support on the pre/post calc analysis of the operational costs.
- You support on ad hoc financial analyses and prepare business case inputs.
- You lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities as well as deploy world-class financial processes across the business.
- You consult with various Finance and IM / IT committees to anticipate as well as address potential reporting issues.
- You focus on sharing best practices / knowledge and continuous improvement of analytics as well as efficient reporting.
- You focus on driving further simplification, rationalization and efficiency.
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
- You have a strong business focus/interest, the ability to translate analysis results into tangible actions
- You obtained a Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Your knowledge of English is up to business proficiency (written and spoken)
- Advanced technical proficiency (e.g., SAP – ERP systems, Excel)
- Not mandatory but considered as a plus: knowledge in SAC (SAP Cloud Analytics) or similar BI tools
