Barco is looking for a Facility Coordinator Electricity for its headquarters in Kortrijk .
As our Facility Coordinator you will plan and coordinate the maintenance to our electrical installations in the most optimal way. You will ensure the reliability of the electrical installations taking into account cost, quality, safety and protection of the environment.
You will also check for improvements and perform studies on the impact of introducing new technologies to reduce our energy costs and ecological footprint.
Function :
Give advise and provide technical expertise in order to assure maximum reliability and durability of the installations
Strive for innovation in the domain of industrial electrical installations
Judge and manage diverse technical risks to provide maximum safety, quality and business continuity
Keep track of and improve the allocation of the maintenance budget
Develop and update maintenance instructions and procedures
Improve preventive maintenance plans in order to change the mindset from curative to preventive maintenance
Secure that Health, Safety and Environment policies and regulation are respected
Ensure first line interventions, incl during standby period
You profile :
You have extensive technical knowledge of industrial electrical installations
You have good knowledge of operational (planning, …) processes related to technical maintenance
You have a hands-on and proactive mindset
You have good written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English
You can deal with internal customers, suppliers and contractors
Preferably you have basic knowledge of QMS requirements to achieve ISO9001, ISO13485
Preferably you hold a technical or bachelor degree in electricity/electromechanics
