As Executive Assistant, you will have to assist a C-level in the following tasks :
- Calendar Management (complex calendar with lots of last minute updates & changes)
- Internal & External Meeting Coordination (schedule the meeting, booking of room(s), catering, minutes, reports, ...)
- Correspondence (dispatch mails and messages from internal & external sources)
- Draft & verify various documents (reports, presentations, letters, contracts, ...)
- Handle confidential information and manage small projects on the executive's request
- Support to the department (led by the C-level) : deliver various administrative tasks, organize team events, travel arrangements, ...
