As an Engineering Manager for the configurator team your team of 5 to 7 engineers will build, maintain and support a full stack system which allows our coaches and physical therapists to configure personalized care modules thereby unlocking the potential of personalized patient experience. 

As a leader of this team you will be responsible for being a steward of operational excellence and engineering rigor. While building features is part of this, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and high quality engineering is key. You will have the opportunity to delve into the code, but your priorities will be to your reports and to the engineering organization. 

Your reports will be primarily working with React/React Native, Typescript, Redux, GraphQL, Node, and Rails.  _________________________

Pursuant to State Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

Colorado and NY state annual salary: $170,000 - 212,500 USD

NYC annual salary: $200,000 - 250,000 USD
