Responsibilities

• Leading a team/teams of Full Stack Engineers team through management and mentorship.
• Assist in the expansion of the technical team
• Recommending technological developments and improvements.
• Lead scoping and sprint planning within your teams
• Understand, triage and assign defects to be solved along with feature work.
• Identify and scope infrastructure or tooling changes to impact efficiency and/or quality
• Dive into the architecture, designs and code in order to lead your team effectively.
• Lead contributor and owner of process and team structure decisions.
• Directly impact our ability to grow quickly while improving operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
• 2-4 years of prior management experience
• Strong organizational leadership skills.
• A passion for programming and solving problems with code.
• A strong technical background and you are still capable of using it every day.
• Experience in recruiting Engineers and contributors.
• Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and architecture design.
• Expert in Javascript paradigms.
• Experience in React native and NodeJS.
• Experience in Native mobile app development.
• Prior experience in leading & building teams, and cross-functional collaboration,
