We are Wonolo - short for Work Now Locally and pronounced “wha-noh-loh” (don’t think about it too hard, say it fast!). We are a tech company that is disrupting the temporary staffing industry with a mission to democratize the workplace for all.

The role we are adding to help us lead the charge:

We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to create and deliver an employee experience that engages, inspires, and delights our Whammies (what we call our Wonolo team members) every single day. Our goal is for Whammies to have an incredible workplace experience that will empower them to do their best work. This is not just a one-time effort but something we strive for from their first day to even after they leave. 

As a member of the Employee Experience team, you will have a firsthand opportunity to shape the Whammy experience. This includes coordinating and executing events, seeking out innovative ways to help our Whammies continue to thrive in a fully remote environment, developing content for newsletters and so much more.
