The purpose of the role is to build and leverage strong internal expertise on next
generation customer engagement, powered by innovative data science
techniques, at EMEA level and in collaboration with local operating companies
Key responsibilities
- Organizes the full integration of Janssen EMEA Omnichannel Engine in the Janssen EMEA Data and Analytics ecosystem
- Defines strategy, sets priorities for the Omnichannel Engine development in collaboration with Program Lead and Technical Lead and ensures overall consistency between business requirements and the technical solution
- Leads integration of new data sources related to next generation customer engagement
- Works together with users, the Omnichannel Engine and the technical Data Science teams to ensure that the solution has the expected business impact
- Leads the Omnichannel Engine reporting developments to ensure implementation on time on target
- Ensures the transition from external to internal of the omnichannel engine product ownership
Qualifications
Experience and skills
- Expert level knowledge of Advanced Analytics (AA)
i.e. either
trained data scientist with at least 5 years experience in commercialanalytics and strong business acumen, or
solid statistical education in statistics/maths and pharma business experience along with 7 years experience working on a variety of AA projects with different types of algorithms.
- Capacity to grasp Data Science programming code (Python) when needed
- Experience working in a global or regional function with cross-functional interactions
- Experience with pharmaceutical omnichannel customer engagement is an advantage
- Experience with explainable AI is a plus
