About the Role Our company has been growing at an extremely rapid pace and we need a highly organized and incredibly skilled professional to lead our recruiting efforts. Our Director, Talent Acquisition will design, develop and execute on BookNook’s Talent Acquisition strategy. The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead efforts to source, recruit, hire and retain talented candidates, work with our marketing and brand team to build a strong employer brand, and ensure BookNook maintains our strong and connected culture as we grow. We're looking to bring someone on to the team as soon as possible, and are excited to have someone dive right in! This position reports to our Senior Director, HR & Talent, and will manage the Talent Acquisition Partners and the Talent Specialist.
