An enormous, rapidly growing market opportunity has arisen for Ambassador to redefine key parts of the Kubernetes ecosystem for millions of developers and thousands of enterprise organizations.   We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Sales Strategy & Operations Director. You will be a strategic business partner and primary operational leader for our Head of Global Sales and Customer Experience. This is a rare opportunity to establish and iterate the operational cadence, data, systems, and processes through planning, financial acuity, creative thinking, and strong analytical skills. You will also partner with cross-functional teams in defining, landing, and executing our key strategic priorities. 

About the Role You are a data-minded problem-solver who can balance strategy with tactical execution. With the desire and ability to work with a collaborative and growth mindset, you will excel here. Reporting to the SVP of Customer Experience, you will be providing insightful analyses and important recommendations to the go-to-market leadership team. You will work with leaders across the company from marketing, customer success, sales enablement, product, and finance to help build our PLG motion from the ground up within SFDC for better sales efficiencies.
