What’s the opportunity?

Growth Marketeer’s at SettleMint are experts in digital tools and channels and are experts at planning and executing targeted campaigns for Enterprise accounts. They are always looking to improve the effectiveness of their efforts with data driven and user focused strategies. They own their funnels, optimise continuously, build and test new targeted campaigns. To do this, they possess a combination of strong analytical skills and great execution capabilities. They enjoy the thrill of being on the leading edge of our digital acquisition efforts and love sharing in the success of new client acquisition with the rest of the growth team.

What will you be doing?

  • Building digital acquisition plans for target industries in Europe, MEA, APAC and India.
  • Executing and managing acquisition funnels and campaigns across channels (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEM, retargeting, Email, etc)
  • Identifying the highest-impact testing opportunities and prioritizing, experimenting, iterating, learning and optimizing constantly (channels, messaging, positioning and personas) based on conversion rates;
  • Listening to users of the SettleMint platform in order to craft messages that clearly convey our USP’s to and resonate with different personas in the buying group of targeted accounts;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new approaches and target sectors and developing creative digital campaigns that resonate to drive conversion for these sectors;
  • Collaborating with channel partners to define and execute joint acquisition campaigns.
  • Owning and managing KPIs and budgets for each funnel you operate, tracking and growing them to hit targets;
  • Reporting your learnings and results regularly to the rest of the team so they can leverage your knowledge!


What mindset and skills do you need?

  • Strong desire to succeed at increasing the acquisition success of a growth stage company. The 5 target accounts that converted on LI yesterday is great but you will need a “today is a new day to get 6 more” attitude.
  • Experience in digital acquisition for an Enterprise software company will be key. You will have gained 3 - 5 years of work experience in this role at a successful growth stage company.
  • Experienced with several marketing automation tools, analytics tools and CRM systems and need to be handy with more classical tools like excel, pivot tables and vlookups as well.
  • An understanding of design principles and UX to be able to work efficiently with our designers in production of campaign materials.
  • Interest in blockchain technology and it’s applications in different sectors. This week we are targeting the investment banking industry, next week, we are running a campaign on blockchain in supply chain and the week after we are targeting Corda users in the banking sector. Building up a solid understanding of the key benefits of the technology will be needed to envision how it can be applied in different target sectors to formulate messages and positioning.
  • Self-starter attitude and results focused with the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy. You will carry activity and conversion targets and will be expected to deliver.

Background

3-5 years of successful experience in digital acquisition for a high growth SaaS company focused on Enterprise accounts.

Language

Fluent (spoken and written) in English plus preferably at least 1 other relevant language for the markets we are active in (Europe, Middle East, India, Singapore.
