Don't worry. At KBC, you won't be working in a gang of Gordon Gekkos. And even if the Wolf of Wall Street was to apply here, we wouldn't accept him. Although we would need to consider it if he was a powerhouse in data analysis-that's one area where we currently have a shortage of skills.

Our team is a mix of enthusiastic starters and colleagues with extensive experience. They all enjoy working together and learning from each other. We treat our in-house experts to some of the most interesting technology around today. As part of the team, you'll be expected to use the tech to help us build a top-notch data environment.

We are counting on you to perform functional analyses and to functionally work out data solutions. Together with other Data Analysts and Data Stewards, you make sure that end-users have complete ease working with data. You might, for example, provide dashboards for use in AI models or to make leads for our clients. This puts your colleagues in the position to make data-driven decisions.

The situation in a nutshell: we are already doing a lot with data and have some wonderful future plans for it.

• You and your business colleagues discuss their specific demands. Once these needs are clear, you make a technical transition that turns them into concrete IT solutions. You keep an eye on costs and returns.
• You discuss your technical transition with your business colleagues and the technical colleagues on your team. Together, you work your way to a well-defined, fully supported solution.
• You make the architectural and technical design of the data environment in the supporting frameworks and platforms.
• You use your analysis as a foundation on which to set up functional test cases. You perform these tests too. You understand the importance of-and wholeheartedly pursue-good results.
• Youhelp to implement and maintain the technical set-up. You offer your business colleagues support for the set-up and maintenance of data.
• You fluently translate mathematical data science models into structural production models.
