About the Role

The company bringing hotel bookings into the 21st century, Selfbook is looking for an experienced Customer Success Operations Manager to bring repeatable processes to streamline our results-oriented customer success, support, renewals and services teams. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success and be responsible for customer success tools and processes. They will work closely with Sales and CS leadership team to implement and drive operational improvements.
