The Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager, who has worked in Medical Sales or HealthCare companies, to develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership with Quantgene. We are one of the market leaders in the space where Artificial Intelligence meets Genetic Diagnostic Testing and Healthcare. You will be responsible for driving the success of our customers using industry best practice customer success.

On-Site / Remote Hybrid (Must come into the office twice per week)
