We specialize in creating Apps for the property management industry. We built a platform of unique & professional Apps. The ultimate goal being a driving force in collaborative property management.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client technical support questions
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Make sure the customer experiences a positive customer experience
- Hold product demonstrations for customers/leads
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Implement emailing’s/ newsletters
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Help deliver marketing materials to business developers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French, German knowledge a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support (min 2 years).
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, CMS tools, WordPress, Teamleader, ActiveCampaign, Zendesk etc...).
- Exquisite communication and people skills.
- BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
- Dutch or French, with a strong knowledge of English.
