Order management:
  • As a Customer Care Representative, you are responsible for reviewing and processing incoming orders vs. customer requirements and agreements made, order fulfillment/confirmation, etc.
  • Deliver support to the portfolio of customers as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC).
  • You need to carry out smooth delivery executions together with "no surprises" invoices whether it's a small delivery or a FCL shipment.
  • The Customer Care Representative needs to make sure the customer receives his order on the agreed delivery date under the agreed conditions and bill accordingly.
Sales support & Customer Success Management:
  • Provide support to Sales and Account Managers for respective customers.
  • Co-preparing important customer meetings, sending all required sales documents (pricelists, quotations/offers, order confirmations, invoice documents, etc.).
  • Customer Self Service support involves providing support to customers using CRC's self service tools (Sana Webstore, EDI, MyCRC).
After Sales:
  • As a Customer Care Representative, you are responsible for the After Sales Support & Certification which implies providing and ensuring that all required documents and certificates are in place (letter of guarantee, REACH certificates, MSDS & TDS, ROHS certificates, customs tariff codes, cover ADR requirements, VOC, etc.).
  • Customer claims & RMA's handling where you will be taking notes of customer claim details and return requests, initiating the resolution of these claims internally, issuing required documents like return paperwork, credit notes/price corrections, proof of delivery, etc.

Functie eisen
  • As a Customer Care Representative, you have a good understanding of the order-to-cash process and/or prior working experience in a commercial customer care and/or inside sales environment.
  • You have organizational and administrative skills to keep a complete and accurate record of agreed actions & requirements.
  • Strong communications skills in verbal and in writing to build good relationships with customers and colleagues without too much effort.
  • Strong MS Office skills, preferably in an O365 environment (Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Prior experience or understanding with MS Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations or other ERP systems would be considered as a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in German together with good English skills. Other European languages are considered as a very important plus for application in your dealings with customers in the widerEMEIA region.
