Job Description

  • Become the contact person of B2B customers (in French & Dutch)

  • Process Orders (input appointments and back orders), forms , applications and requests

  • Deal directly with customers either by phone or mails

  • Respond promptly to BtoB customer inquiries

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

  • Manage administration

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on stock

The Successful Applicant

  • French and Dutch Speaker
  • 1st experience in customer service
  • Good communication
  • Open to work in different systems
  • At ease with excel
