As one ofthe global leading sales training companies, we're looking for a Customer Program Manager to enforce our team. As a Customer Program Manager, you're responsible for the implementation of our products and services for clients and serves as the primary business contact for the client and internal team during the implementation period. The Customer Program Manager is assigned to client relationships and after onboarding to the project, drives all phases of implementation, which is determined on a project-by-project basis. You will be the link between the client and internal project teams, (such as Management Consulting, Design, Customer Success team members, Measurement, Scheduling/Trainer Management, and Finance/Billing). We need you to clearly represent client needs, expectations, and limitations; as well as to proactively manage the implementation to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations through effective communication of scope and scope changes, while managing to timelines on both sides. Identifying and resolving potential “red flags” that could arise as a result of a client request or delay will be your responsibility.(for ex. client doing their own translation, integrating their own- or third-party content into a our programs and expecting our trainer to deliver, or assuming that we will produce materials in their own “look and feel”).In a nutshell, these are your three primary goals:
