About the Role:  

We are looking for a Customer and Partner Field Reference Manager to join our global field marketing team to help scale our work with regional customers and partners. Reporting to the Director of Global Field Marketing and Corporate events, this individual will manage the core operations of our reference program, including overseeing the reference database, project managing joint content creation, and driving program adoption. 

Working closely with both the Customer Marketing and Channel/Partner Marketing teams to execute the global customer and partner strategy at the regional level, this candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and work effectively cross-functionally with global teams (marketing, sales, customers, and partners) to increase references and availability of customer and partner representation in our field campaigns.

Impact You’ll Own:

Manage an up-to-date reference database and library of customer success stories, partner stories, quotes, and resources

Closely collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, customers, and partners on promoting and growing the reference program 

Work globally while understanding and responding to specific regional field marketing needs   

Project manage the end-to-end reference request process of creation, review, approval, and promotion of content and assets

Manage vendors to ensure scalability and regional coverage

Regularly communicate metrics of success and insights for improvement

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in Product, Customer or Partner Marketing; Program Management; or Customer Success Management; experience with a customer reference program is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Excellent project management skills with experience of driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization

Calm under pressure, with a knack for creatively overcoming obstacles

Ability to work cross-functionally with global customers and partners while managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Bachelor's Degree required

Compensation (only applicable for Colorado applicants):

The base pay range targeted for this position in Colorado is: $60,300 - $122,000. This role is eligible for equity.

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations.
