We provide business & product consulting to visionary companies like Google, Coca Cola, Kaizen, G4S SEE and L’OREAL with expertise in Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Digital Products and Organization Design.

We are currently looking for a talented CRM Specialist to join our team and support the development and implementation of our CRM projects with key clients. The ideal candidate will be to help us leverage technology and different platforms to deliver better CRM, BPO and Data solutions to our clients.

😇 Who you are.

Your academic background can be anything related to Business, Marketing, Technology, or Engineering, but what’s important is that you have already put your theoretical knowledge into practice by gaining 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Optimization roles.

You can set up a campaign in a Marketing Automation platform or create a workflow in a CRM system with your eyes closed.

You understand how Platforms work (mainly CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, but in some cases Integration Platforms and Tag Management solutions, too). But even when you don’t know something it’s easy for you to dig deep and find out the details very quickly.

Having working experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a huge plus! Or maybe you have some understanding of HTML / CSS / JS code, that would be great as well! Any familiarity with Zoho Platforms would be awesome, but not necessary.

You like creating out of the box solutions to deliver the expected Marketing and Business results, and you have a proactive attitude towards solving problems. Even if something “just works”, you seek to optimize the way it works!

You are a fast learner and you have a “can do anything” attitude. You never shy away from the challenge to go beyond your scope of work and explore different areas of expertise.

  You genuinely protect confidential information and keep it to yourself.

You will split your time & attention to the following:

Creating Automations, loyalty activations, and monitoring their performance

Setting up, testing, and sending Marketing Campaigns (email/sms)

Being the go-to person when something is not working properly, ready to fix what's broken or improve the process

Liaising with the client and our development team. Handling day-to-day communications and incoming requests from the client

Data Analysis from the Campaigns and proposals for optimization & next actions

Researching new platforms, tools and processes to help the client achieve their KPIs and business results
