Efficy is now looking for a CRM Business Analyst to make sure the project teams can deliver the best projects for our customers in Brussels, Belgium!

Mission

Not a day is the same at Efficy. As a CRM Business Analyst, you have an important role to play between the customer and the project team. Some of your daily tasks will be:

• Modelling business processes (mapping, flows, etc.)
• Analyse and define functional perimeters
• Advising the client in the expression of his expectations
• Collect, identify and analyse the needs expressed
• Write detailed functional specifications.

Profile

As you are often in contact with our customers, you represent the company. Therefore, we ask the following minimum requirements of you:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or more
• Minimum of to years’ experience in a similar position
• You are motivated and solution-oriented
• Good command of French or Dutch + English
• Computer experience
• Autonomous and responsible
• Leadership
• Good communicator
• Spirit of analysis and synthesis.
