Cost controller (Project controller) - Bam Track - Bruxelles

You are responsible for the budget follow-up and cost control of one or more construction projects and act as the interface between the financial and technical competencies within our company. Together with the project manager, you prepare the monthly budget reports and every three months you provide the necessary reports for the quarterly forecasts.

Profile

You preferably have an engineering degree in contruction or have completed a financial education course, and have a keen interest in construction. A few years of professional experience is a must. In view of the geographic spread of our projects across Flanders and Brussels, we are looking for a mobile and dynamic individual, who is able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has an analytical and communicative mindset, and is also familiar with Excel and other standard PC applications. You can express yourself in both national languages (Dutch and French).
