Job Description
Controlling Manager - Belgian Digital SME - BrusselsAs the Controlling Manager, you report directly to the Finance Director and are responsible for the Finance & Business Controlling aspects of the company.
Your main tasks consist in :
- Managing the Controlling department composed of 2 Financial Controllers
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the different operational departments
- Being responsible for the construction of budgets & forecasts
- Providing variances analyses between the actuals and the budget
- Providing financial and business reporting to the Group
- Participating in the implementation of the new ERP
- Contributing to the optimization of the financial processes as well as the tools
- Working closely with the accounting department
- Providing ad-hoc analyses linked to the launching of new projects.
The Successful Applicant
Controlling Manager - Belgian Digital SME - BrusselsThe successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Management
- At least 5 years of financial / controlling experience. An experience in external audit is considered as a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
- Strong ability to communicate
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Capacity to remain operational
- Being able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
