Become an OpEx Expert and boost your career by helping our plants to become Operationally Excellent
We are looking for OpEx Experts with experience in the following domains: Production, Maintenance, Quality/Yield, Planning/Supply Chain & Lean Work Place Organization. OpEx Experts have the ability to help business leaders prioritize ideas, distilling them into actionable delivery plans You will work across Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) sites in designing and engaging employees to adopt new ways of working, and deliver measurable improvements.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
* Gather data and accurately analyze work processes, systems and organizational structures using interviews, observations, data and statistical analysis studies and other techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable improvements;
* Generate local team buy in to install necessary changes to realize measurable improvements for each installation;
* Train personnel from operations in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving, team building and consensus development skills, to install the appropriate application of the OperationalExcel lence methodology;
* Prepare and conduct meetings and one-on-one interfaces with colleagues and the project team to ensure the job key activities are completed;
* Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports using the appropriate company templates;
* Initiate innovative solutions where required and work closely with colleagues and project management to ensure they are installed for the most effective client impact;
Communicate and coordinate all efforts with discipline and in accordance with the company values and ideals;

Profil
Competencies and skills
* +3 years of experience in production environment
* Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the different stakeholders, from shop floor to top management
