Compliance is a crucial part of our company culture. It allows us to conduct business ethically, in compliance with laws and regulations. As a Compliance Advisor Corporate Governance, you contribute to that.

Our comp & ben policy, conflicts of interest, the way KBC handles complaints, outsourcing, conduct risk, sustainability, the Compliance Charter, . This is merely a selection of the topics you will deal with.

Together with your team, you have an important, double role within our organisation:

• to advise business stakeholders, support them in the implementation of compliance-related regulations, develop trainings and create awareness around compliance topics;
• to make sure regulations are respected and correctly implemented.

• You closely follow relevant regulations and new evolutions in the field of corporate governance.
• You analyse whether changes in the law require us to adapt our policies. If that's the case, you advise on the implementation of these changes.
• You check periodically whether regulations are respected.
• You draft internal policies and revise them when necessary.
• You develop trainings on corporate governance subjects.
• You contribute to our outsourcing process and advise in outsourcing matters.
