Communication Manager KBC Securities

Implement an impactful communication strategy for KBC Securities both externally and internally, thereby supporting it in achieving our company's mission and goals

• Communicate about KBC Securities as an integrated financial service provider across equities, fixed income, advisory and investment services;
• Make KBC Securities on top of mind with its current and prospective clients and team members, via the most relevant communication channels (social media, press, advertisement, website, mailing campaigns, etc.).

Together with the business teams, set out and manage a communication plan for our company's activities and achievements

• Redevelop the KBC Securities website and maintain it as a dynamic communication tool.
• Align social media, press and advertisement messages of business with KBC Securities' strategy in its different activities.
• Lead the communication initiatives across events, transaction highlights, internal projects (Diversity & Inclusion, Great place to work, ...)
• Work with freelance creative designers to develop content
• Cooperate with other KBC Group entities (KBC Group Communication, Corporate Banking, .) to create joint visibility.
