What You’ll Do:
Create and execute clinical strategy to support sales, revenue growth and retention
Provide clinical support and partnership with internal stakeholders and customers to include large and complex healthcare systems
Partner with our Enterprise and SMB Account Management team to help drive standardization of clinical content and recommendations to improve organizational outcomes for customers
Partner closely with our Marketing department to develop consistent messaging and presentation of CareRev’s mission, vision and value proposition
Apply clinical expertise to recommend future product upgrades and enhancements as a result of customer feedback and identified gaps in customer needs
Develop and execute consultative sales growth programs through the lens of the customer and patient care/staffing needs
Lead development of clinical education programs to ensure successful transition from sales to implementation and expansion of our product
Use expertise in clinical workflows and collaborate with Growth & Strategy team to ensure engagement and executive buy-in at the individual facilities (SNFs, Outpatient Facilities, Hospitals & hospital systems, etc.) level
Execute on a consultative sales process where you understand the existing staffing systems and gaps, describe CareRev’s value proposition and our platform’s ability to support the hospital’s strategic goals, demo our software via video-conference, work through objections and blockers, and close accounts
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience
Advanced Nursing degree required
5 years of sales and business (or equivalent) experience is preferred
Cross-functional experience working with sales or other revenue generating functions is required
Experience working with healthcare C-Suite executives and other leadership building successful relationships and influencing change
Demonstrated collaborative mindset both tactical and strategic
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack and Salesforce preferred
Some travel required, COVID-19 vaccination required
