The Senior Service Development Manager will be responsible to develop and launch quality general services in a consistent and timely manner to a target client base through Dimension Data’ s regional divisions.

Working at NTT

1. Use expertise to provide input into services development.

2. Work with Dimension Data Product Managers to understand the new service “products” that are required by the Dimension Data target market.

3. Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to introduce new general services and ensure the full deployment of the service within the regions.

4. Assist with the on-going development of the overall Services Framework in Dimension Data.

5. Be required to contribute to the on-going development, maintenance and enforcement of the Global Services Introductory Process (GSIP).
