Tech Care for All (TC4A – www.tc4a.com) is a digital health company which owns and commercializes digital health solutions in Africa and Asia. As a growing platform with international footprint, the group is creating the following position:

Chief Financial Officer
Based preferably in Brussels
Reporting to the CEO

Managing the companies accounting and performance with the support of external counsel
Structuring the financial function and its tools to be able to address the growth of the start-up and the international complexity
Monitoring team adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with data protection laws

Profil

Education

Strong educational background
Master’s Degree (University, Business or Engineering School)

Languages

Fluent in English

Competencies

Professional experience 3 years minimum
First similar experience in finance, accounting, control, reporting functions
Skilled with legal, financial, and accounting topics
A first experience in an audit firm is a plus
Ability to operate in a small, entrepreneurial, agile structure & interact in direct relation with Sr management
