Tech Care for All (TC4A – www.tc4a.com) is a digital health company which owns and commercializes digital health solutions in Africa and Asia. As a growing platform with international footprint, the group is creating the following position:
- Chief Financial Officer
- Based preferably in Brussels
- Reporting to the CEO

- Managing the companies accounting and performance with the support of external counsel
- Structuring the financial function and its tools to be able to address the growth of the start-up and the international complexity
- Monitoring team adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with data protection laws

- Strong educational background
- Master’s Degree (University, Business or Engineering School)
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Professional experience 3 years minimum
- First similar experience in finance, accounting, control, reporting functions
- Skilled with legal, financial, and accounting topics
- A first experience in an audit firm is a plus
- Ability to operate in a small, entrepreneurial, agile structure & interact in direct relation with Sr management
