Case Analyst

FEops, headquartered in Gent, Belgium, is a leader in personalised computational modelling and
simulation for structural heart interventions. The in-house developed FEops HEARTguide
platform uses advanced computational modelling and simulation technology to provide
clinicians and device manufacturers first-ever insights into the interaction between the device
and the specific patient anatomy – preoperatively. The CE-marked and FDA-cleared FEops
HEARTguide technology enables healthcare professionals to improve both procedure efficiency
and clinical outcomes in real-world hospital settings. It also empowers Medtech companies to
bring superior products to the market faster than ever before.

Job description
As Case Analyst you are responsible for the end-to-end process of providing physicians
throughout the world preoperative insights that help them prepare for surgery. You do this by
making use of our advanced technologies.

You will be involved in the case processing for several simulation-based pre-operative planning
workflows. This case processing involves transforming medical scans (CT images) into 3D
anatomical models of the patient’s heart, setting up and running computer simulations of
cardiovascular interventions such as heart valve replacement, and generating reports for the
cardiologists. Being part of this process, you continuously look for ways to improve our services
with a strong focus on quality.

You will report to the Clinical Services Manager and work closely together with all members of
the Case Analyst team.

The perfect profile:

  • A dedicated training will be provided: a strong interest in the medical world, great

3D/spatial-awareness and good software skills are more important than your education.

  • You are punctual, stress resilient and have a flexible attitude, ensuring continuity of the

process. Since we operate globally, availability during the evening and in the weekend (with
extra compensation) is required.

  • You are accurate and well organized, always eager to learn.
  • You are team oriented and have good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • You work in a customer-centric way.
  • You live in or around Ghent, Belgium.

Our offer:

  • Joining a young, enthusiastic team
  • A full-time job
  • Competitive salary and extras
  • Inspiring educational program
  • Traffic-free work environment
  • Chance to meaningfully contribute to life-saving technology
