About the job:

Targetspot is looking for a bright and analytical Campaign Manager who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment to bring digital ad operations expertise to the fast growing digital audio industry. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for trafficking, organizing, and optimizing direct campaigns and programmatic deals to ensure the success of Targetspot’s advertisers in addition to providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will work every day with all markets where we are active. Operations are centralized at Brussels HQ for campaigns mainly sold in North America and Europe by local sales teams. Other markets and countries are coming.


  • Create, monitor and report on audio direct campaigns / programmatic deals
  • Collect and QA briefing and creatives prior to campaign launch following internal processes
  • Maintain direct contact with agencies, clients, and sales team to collect creative and ensure we have correct contact information for all teams with an emphasis on customer service
  • Implement and understand usage of 3rd party tracking tags
  • Complete changes and revisions to ad campaigns in timely fashion to meet client specified deadlines
  • Traffic digital audio campaigns in proprietary ad server
  • Make recommendations on campaign optimizations
  • Self-manage tasks/schedule for effective and efficient time management
  • Assist in reconciling billing at end of month


  • 1-2 years of digital ad operations or programmatic experience with an agency, publisher, or ad network
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Clear and articulate communicator
  • Customer-oriented
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Able to see situations from multiple different angles
