Your missions
Audensiel is recruiting a Business Manager to support and accelerate our development in Belgium.
As Business Manager, accompanied by the Director of the Belgian entity, your missions will revolve around 3 axes:
- Business development: prospecting, building up and securing the loyalty of a customer portfolio through prospecting actions, but also responses to calls for tenders, appointments and negotiations. You are in charge of the proper conduct of the sales cycle and you ensure the satisfaction of your customers on the projects carried out.
- Team management: monitoring the performance of the team already in place, ensuring the integration of new employees, contributing to team spirit and the feeling of belonging.
- Recruitment: hunting for new talent to meet the needs of your perimeter and the company. Qualitatively guarantee the entire recruitment process (interview, job offer, signature, integration, career monitoring, etc.). You are supported by a professional and dynamic talent acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
Your profile
Coming from an engineering, commerce or BAC +5 training and after having developed skills in engineering, you have a first successful experience in the world of consulting as a Business Manager.
You have a very good level in English.
