Your responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Executive, you actively contribute to the growth of our company by generating new leads, developing new markets and turning opportunities into new business for our delivery teams
  • You build relationships with identified accounts and prospects
  • You are evangelistic about RedCompass and our offerings and showcase our value proposition to clients
  • You work with the RedCompass Labs pre-sales team to shape and refine company UVPs to align with new sales opportunities.

Your profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in software sales
  • We embrace also enthusiastic graduates with high interest in sales and finance industry
  • Interest in selling complex and high-value solutions in a highly competitive market
  • Outstanding communication skills and you have a strong sense of quality and customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Polish communication skills, other languages are a bonus
  • Willingness to travel, mainly to Europe but occasionally to Asia and USA
