BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE

We are looking for Business Development Managers for several cities in Flanders and for Brussels.

Your responsibilities

Responsibilities :

You proactively search for interesting investment and development projects in Belgium, with a focus on residential real estate.
You screen opportunities on a technical, economic and financial level and investigate the possibilities of (re)development. In doing so, you work closely with a team of project developers and colleagues from the various business sectors.
You are the pivotal figure between the building owners, the brokers, the architects and the various colleagues and maintain good relations with the relevant actors in the real estate sector.
You are involved in the acquisition and development phases of new projects and for this you have a thorough knowledge of the market and experience in the different aspects that are involved in the acquisition and development of real estate projects.
You make proposals concerning the dossiers to be analysed and the partners to be called upon. For the selected files, you do the necessary preliminary research, compile a market survey and make a financial analysis. You draw up investment memos and report to the Head of Business Development.
You follow up the files until the closing of the transactions and you take a central role in the execution of the due diligence.
You help to develop the procedures, type documents and working methods and apply them in a professional manner.
You contribute to the development pipeline and help achieve the ambitious objectives of the company.

Your profile

Profile :

You preferably have a Master's degree in industrial or engineering sciences, architecture, economics, commercial engineering or law, which you supplemented with a postgraduate real estate course.
You have at least a first relevant professional experience in real estate, for example as a Business Developer or Investment Manager with a real estate developer or investor or in a commercial position with a real estate agency.
You have an extensive network in the Belgian real estate sector.
You are an autonomous, stress-resistant team player, you are results-oriented, you like structure and a no-nonsense problem-solving culture.
You have a sense of accuracy and efficiency, you are diplomatic and communicative.
You are strong with figures, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, you communicate fluently in NL/FR/ENG.
