As a business architect, you'll be the key figure who brings our systems and processes across borders and in line with each other. • You analyse the processes and systems that are used in the various KBC Group Finance department offices.
• You map out synergies and look at how things can be made better or more efficient. You copy the best ways of working into the context of other departments.
• You work with IT architects to create an architectural plan and a roadmap to come to the optimal way of working: a target operating model for all KBC Group Finance locations.
• You fine-tune proposals with top-level management and then define concrete actions.
