Business Analyst

• As our solution owner, you shape the roadmap for the applications we use to support our new and developing investors. You tune this roadmap to our strategy, design the end-states, define concrete epics, and stipulate the priorities between the various strategic themes. You also follow up on the execution of the roadmap, and are always ready for the next sprint. You do this in collaboration with the project sponsor.
• As a business owner, you're actively involved with interesting projects, at every stage from the original idea to the final delivery:
  • You define the MVP, the business value and the priorities.
  • You set the business requirements by fine-tuning them with the internal client, the office staff and your colleagues from the Legal & Compliance department.
  • You also work in close collaboration with colleagues from Product Development, Product Management and of course, IT.
  • You keep the project sponsor informed and up to date throughout all the different project phases.
  • You work together with the product owner to prioritise the backlog and to prepare the PI.
• As SPOC, you bring people together. You take the lead in discussions and make it easy for stakeholders to make their decisions.
