We are looking for a talented brand and marketing manager to develop the Ecover and Method brand in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, delivering focused brands and relevant execution.
In this role you will be responsible for brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. You should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and always ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Accountable for building the Ecover brands and seeding the Method brand in BNL
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
Monitor market and consumer trends
Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Media planning and buying
Monitoring of product and brand performance in the market

Capabilities and experience you will bring
You will be a marketing generalist
You will be comfortable with brand planning and brand building tools
You will be a creative thinker and problem solver
You will also have strong communication skills, be financially and commercially literate, have strong digital capability and plenty of project management experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
Relevant brand management or marketing experience in relation to this role
