We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our tech team. The work location is hybrid; you are allowed to work the majority of the week at home.
What will you be doing?
- Be an active member of the back-end team
- Implement new key features, with clean, maintainable and robust code
- Analyze complex technical problems; design and implement effective solutions
- Optimize and offer potential solutions to existing implementations
Who are you?
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with OOP web development in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI) and .NET core
- Solid understanding and experience with object-oriented design and design patterns
- Solid experience with relational databases
- Strong knowledge of version control tools like Git
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of web standards such as HTTP, SOAP and REST
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex IT problems in simple, businesslike terminology for ease of user understanding
- Experience at Scrum mastering
- Quick learner that can work and troubleshoot problems independently
- Methodical working habits with a diligence for code annotation
- Languages: fluency in French and English
Nice to have
- Any other language as for example, Python, PHP, GraphQL, C++
- Knowledge of Redis, Docker, CI/CD principles
- Having worked on personal projects
- Knowledge of mobile development (iOS or Android)
- Experience with pair programming and agile software development techniques
- Experience with high-load web environments (1,000+ QPS)
- Familiarity with Ad Ops, and the Digital Radio ecosystem
