We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our tech team. The work location is hybrid; you are allowed to work the majority of the week at home.


What will you be doing?

  • Be an active member of the back-end team
  • Implement new key features, with clean, maintainable and robust code
  • Analyze complex technical problems; design and implement effective solutions
  • Optimize and offer potential solutions to existing implementations

Who are you?

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with OOP web development in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI) and .NET core
  • Solid understanding and experience with object-oriented design and design patterns
  • Solid experience with relational databases
  • Strong knowledge of version control tools like Git
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Understanding of web standards such as HTTP, SOAP and REST
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex IT problems in simple, businesslike terminology for ease of user understanding
  • Experience at Scrum mastering
  • Quick learner that can work and troubleshoot problems independently
  • Methodical working habits with a diligence for code annotation
  • Languages: fluency in French and English

Nice to have

  • Any other language as for example, Python, PHP, GraphQL, C++
  • Knowledge of Redis, Docker, CI/CD principles
  • Having worked on personal projects
  • Knowledge of mobile development (iOS or Android)
  • Experience with pair programming and agile software development techniques
  • Experience with high-load web environments (1,000+ QPS)
  • Familiarity with Ad Ops, and the Digital Radio ecosystem
