Your responsibilities

Job Profile

The B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and contributing to marketingprojects that drive and support the company’s business objectives. In this position you will report directly to the B2B and B2C Marketing Manager and you are responsible for the development and management of B2B marketing programs, implementation and results. In this position you will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout different departments in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs. You focus on acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including email, social, lead nurturing, … This position requires a candidate with a mix of strategy, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for B2B-marcom strategy, planning, implementation and execution
  • Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns to grow the lead and prospect base & support sales initiatives, including: content marketing, journey mapping, social, email, lead nurturing and engagement programs

· Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external B2B communications and marketing materials

  • Work closely with both Sales and Commercial & Strategy Teams to align Sales and Marketing strategies to support the sales cycle
  • Ongoing research to continue to develop marketing strategies to generate new customers
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer service department to support customer engagement programs throughout the service cycles

Your profile

What do we expect from you

  • You think and act on Bachelor -level ;
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B marketing;
  • You think commercial and act pro-active;
  • You are preferably bilingual and your English is good enough for day to day communication
  • You are an hands-on, enthusiastic marketeer, always looking for new possibilities
  • You can easily communicate on all levels, also to C-level
  • You have a good sense of humor
