Summary: We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Services team in our state-of-the-art document generation product and CPQ product in the Belgium area. As an Associate Director of Professional Services, you will bring your experience and leadership to our teams to help build and scale up our organization to meet the growing demand and needs in the US and throughout the globe! You are excellent with recruiting talent to build the team and bring a mentality into the team of continued growth and development so those within the team are always improving and enhancing their skills with each project. You will help establish processes and best practices and methodologies within the teams that ensure top quality, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer. You will partner with other great leaders across the globe to accomplish both near shore and offshore objectives as well as those objectives within the US.
Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, leading professional services/implementation teams
- Demonstrated experience building up and scaling services teams while hitting established revenue targets around $1M, to double within 2 years
- Experience recruiting and building teams while leading a team of 7 with intention of doubling the team size
- Responsible to establish revenue targets, lead divisional profitability
- Establishes and oversees forecasts on prospects, existing customers, offshore, and operations resources
- Experience with implementing processes and methodologies that follow best practice for ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer and sharing.
- Strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software, document generation and similar products
- Proven ability to work hands-on with technical leads in finding creative solutions that work for clients.
- Consulting expertise with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations
- Experience with document generation, document execution or contract lifecycle applications is preferred like Docusign, Conga, Pandadoc, etc.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, BC, CE, AX or Salesforce a plus
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to services
- Partner with customer success for quick resolution for escalations to maintain our standards on customer retention and quality.
