Assistant site manager tram works Brussels - Bam Track - Bruxelles

You organise the daily site work activities. To this end, you prepare weekly and monthly plans, book staff and equipment via the dispatcher, and call off the ordered materials. In addition, you make practical arrangements with subcontractors and suppliers, issue daily work instructions with the work planner, and inspect the work carried out.
You administer the daily attendance lists and daily reports, and compile the production records with the project manager.

You pay constant attention to safety and quality. In support of this, you give toolbox talks and conduct regular site inspections.

Profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or electrical engineering or equivalent through experience. Some experience is a plus, but not required. You are flexible (night and weekend work), sensitive to others and have sound organisational insight. You are a problem solver and react decisively in crisis situations. You are stress-resistant and make decisions easily. You are motivated and enterprising. You are familiar with standard PC applications and fluent in both national languages (Dutch and French).
