As an Assistant Director Senior Business Analyst you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the product life cycle, from feature conception to deployment and customer enablement.
You will be focusing on the Compliance Catalyst platform. Working alongside product managers and strategists, customer service and other operational teams, you will be responsible for successfully supporting our clients in their usage of the Compliance Catalyst and will serve as the senior business analyst in matters where the help desk and product consultants cannot resolve.
In this role, you will obtain a broad knowledge of the KYC/KYS landscape by assuring that our products and technology are being used effectively to add value to our clients’ businesses.

Specifically, you will:
  • Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within KYC/KYS and especially solutions delivery and solutions specialists
  • Capture and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to the Compliance Catalyst product managers.
  • Manage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining ownership of the client interaction and delivery solution.
  • Act as an escalation point and ultimate owner for technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure that client matters are resolved while maintaining the highest possible degree of client satisfaction
  • Capture and document solutions to recurring client issues or questions
  • Provide training on new product features and functionality to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure user guides are updated with every release cycle
  • Communicate internally on scheduled and unscheduled release cycles and content
  • Expect to be working with limited supervision
  • Support roadmap planning activities.
  • Elicit business and technical requirements from stakeholders with appropriate prioritization and dependencies identified.
  • Support user testing, participate in validation sessions.
  • Act as a product lead in relevant Agile activities.
  • Create and manage user acceptance plans.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced software development environment
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field viewed favorably
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field viewed favorably
  • Significant experience in either the credit, compliance or data distribution sectors.
  • Knowledge of existing and international regulatory requirements
  • Excellent experience in software implementation projects
  • Experience using postman or similar
  • Be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-experts,
  • Be able to build relationships at all levels with both the internal organization and clients.
  • Ability to guide own learning and contribute to domain knowledge building
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn industry trends / domains and end user demands from pain points

The ideal candidate would be available to start with no more than a 6 week notice period.
