Architectural and MEP BIM-CAD Design Lead - Scitech Engineering Ltd - Anvers

We are looking for:

An Architectural and MEP BIM-CAD Design Lead to join our Continental Europe team based in Antwerp. You will work on innovative projects in Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences and be responsible for:

• Architectural, civil and MEP technical design work on projects.
• Liaising with and assist architects, engineers and designers in producing 3D models, 2D drawings and design solutions.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Creating and uploading new Revit projects to BIM360 and understanding the BIM360 collaboration platform

You will:

• Be an Architectural Design Lead with a suitable technical qualification eg either a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent
• Have 5+ years production experience in design, drafting or engineering.
• Have first-hand knowledge/experience of current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 Design.
• Have hands on experience with BIM/3D Level 2 based project delivery.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be fluent in Dutch and English for both written and verbal communication (fluency in French will be a plus)
• Be a dynamic, self motivated and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a team
