Analytics Engineer

We’ve been busy building our data ecosystem (Snowflake, DBT, and Looker) over the last year and are expanding both our reach and impact to internal and external stakeholders alike.   You might already be familiar with our core services – we’ve been enabling companies to schedule callbacks for over 25 years, preventing customers from waiting on the phone for an available agent. Developing robust data pipelines, actionable dashboards, and analysis frameworks are crucial in helping improve our services and enable our clients to deliver better customer experiences. As an analytics engineer at VHT, you’ll work closely with our engineering and business teams to transform application data into high-quality data assets and shape how our company (and our clients) make decisions.
