Introduction

The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for an Administrative HR Clerk. 

Vos responsabilités

Providing administrative support to the entire HR Office of 15 staff members.

Receives and directs all incoming telephone calls and customers. Ensures office supply levels and functioning of equipment. Updates organization charts for Tri-Mission sections. Assists the Recruitment Team with scheduling interviews and testing sessions, placing vacancies on job boarding sites, reviewing applications. Assists the Compensation and Benefits Team with drafting addenda to the employment contracts (change working hours) and updating the personnel files (scan documents and add them to the folder), drafting certificates of employment, collecting transportation documents and prepare for review, updating sharepoint, drafting letters regarding retirement, preparing documents for check-in or check-out, mutuelle and ONEM paperwork.

Votre profil

EDUCATION: Secondary school diploma.

EXPERIENCE: Two years of work experience as a secretary, receptionist, Office Manager, or as a customer service provider.

LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Good working knowledge in Dutch or French.
